JJ Strike’s GOLD with Digital Innovation Award

Last week our team picked up the Digital Innovation accolade at the FWD Gold Medal Awards – attended by the UK’s top wholesalers and FMCG brands.

More than 800 people attended the prestigious event, which took place on 28th November at the Old Billingsgate in London.

Chief Technology Officer, Mick Dudley and Web Developer, Erdem Ekici, picked up the Award

Judges praised JJ Foodservice for its recent Pay Online by Card promotion, designed to disrupt customers’ shopping habits and encourage cashless transactions in foodservice.

The time saved benefits not only the customers, but also enables JJ’s to optimise resources and keep costs to customers as low as possible.

The campaign also included Digital Product Alerts and Estimated Time of Arrival for deliveries, which lets customers know when their goods have been dispatched and when they are just minutes away.
