Easy Pizza Tortillas

Even a novice cook can master the art of pizza with this amazingly easy yet surprisingly delicious recipe

What you need (per pizza)

What to do

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees (fan)
  • Spread a thin layer of puree on the wrap
  • Add cheese and toppings, plus a drizzle of olive oil
  • Cook for 6 minutes, remove, slice and enjoy!  

TOP TIP: Add fresh rocket, parmesan and extra virgin olive oil on top to take your pizza to the next level

Simple Crispy Quesadilla

This simplified version of a gooey, Mexican cheese-filled tortilla is quick, tasty and guaranteed to satisfy

What you need (per person)

What do to

  • Warm one tortilla in a pan with a little oil
  • Add the cheese, peppers and other ingredients you’d like to use
  • Place a second tortilla on top, warm through, and flip
  • When the cheese has fully melted, remove, slice and serve

TOP TIP: Don’t add too much filling – it’s a quesadilla not a quiche

  • Stir through until cheese has melted and broccoli has broken
